Owner of the site and the platform
Whoever publishes a service on the Internet has to identify themselves. This is required by the Italian e-commerce decree (D.Lgs. 70/2003, article 7) and article 35 of DPR 633/1972, which requires publishing the VAT number, and in Spain by Law 34/2002 (LSSI, article 10). The owner is a natural person who practises as a libero professionista in Italy and trades under the commercial name ProfBlu:

What this site is
profblu.com and prosecco.group serve the same portal: a page that explains what we have built and how we think about it. Nothing is sold or contracted here. There is a single form, to request a key to try a demo, and what it does with what you write is set out in the privacy policy.
The platform has two kinds of environment, and it is worth telling them apart. The demonstration ones — those living under demo.profblu.com and demo.prosecco.group — are rebuilt, emptied and reseeded: there are no customers, nothing is charged, and access is authorised by us, one by one. Since September 2026 there are also applications in production, on their own domains under profblu.com, with real data of real people. What each document says applies to both kinds; where a rule changes by environment, it says so.
The applications live at other addresses and require an account. What happens inside them is set out by the privacy policy and the terms of use, and each application in production also publishes its own documents on its own domain:

Intellectual and industrial property
The platform's and its applications' code, texts, symbols, illustrations, logos and design are the work of the owner and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may read, quote and link to it as usual. Copying an application, its texts or its design for another product, you may not.
ProfBlu, the product names — Brod, Hands, Rewards, Prim and whichever come next — and their symbols are distinctive signs of the owner. They may not be used without written permission, nor in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist. The logo lettering derives from Inter, published under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The platform is built with open-source software whose licences are honoured; their notices are in each repository and, where the licence requires it, inside the application.
The names of third parties that appear on the site or in these documents — Google, Apple, App Store, TestFlight, Google Play, Hetzner, IONOS, Expo — belong to their owners, who neither sponsor nor endorse this platform, and are mentioned only to say what role they play.
Links and external resources
The portal loads not a single thing from someone else's server: no typefaces, no scripts, no images, no maps, no social media buttons. Everything downloaded when it opens comes from the same server that serves the page.
When we link to an outside site it is so you can check something we say. That link is not an endorsement and we are not responsible for its content.
Availability and liability
We maintain the site and the platform with reasonable care, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors: they are deployed often and may fail. The applications are not medical, financial or legal services; what each one is and is not is stated in its own terms. We are not responsible for content entered by the organisations that use them nor for the relationship between them and their users. If anything stated here stops being true, the right thing is to correct the text, and we appreciate being told. None of this curtails the rights the law grants consumers that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
Italian law applies, being the law of the owner's domicile. If you consult these documents or use the platform as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.
